If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. At OBSIDO STUDIO we offer both physical and digital gift cards. The gift cards can be issued for any amount or for a specific treatment and can be used for both treatments and products, unless otherwise stated.

All gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of issue, and the expiration date is clearly stated on the gift card - either physically or electronically.

We recommend that gift cards are used well in advance, as they cannot be extended, exchanged for cash or used after expiration. Upon redemption, the gift card must be presented in its full form with the gift card code, QR code or other valid identification visible.
